Live Healthy Iowa Walk
When was the last time you intentionally stepped away from your desk, your to-do list or your phone and simply went for a walk?
The Healthiest State Annual Walk presented by Delta Dental of Iowa is a reminder that health doesn’t always have to be complicated.
Sometimes it starts with putting one foot in front of the other. On October 7th, thousands of Iowans will do exactly that.
Join us from 12-12:30 pm at Southside Park & walk for 30 minutes on the trail around the pond.
09/14/2026 We will NOT be testing the tornado sirens this morning – due to the weather in the area.
Due to the weather conditions this morning, we will NOT be testing the tornado sirens in Rock Rapids.
